Unless you want to get bored to death waiting for DNA points to evolve Symptoms, put your game in fast forward.
Infect Russia. Do not evolve the Symptoms until I tell you to do so. We must infect everyone on the World first. Go to Abilities and evolve Drug Resistance 1, and Drug Resistance 2 to infect the rich countries like the USA and Canada. Evolve Heat Resistance 1 and Heat Resistance 2, this will infect the hotter Countries. Go to abilities and evolve Neural Atrophy 1, as you get DNA points continue to evolve Neural Atrophy 2 and Neural Atrophy 3.
Go to Transmission and evolve Air 1 and Water 1 as you get more DNA points go to Transmission and evolve Air 2 and Water 2, evolve Extreme Bioaerosol and Bird 1. This transmissions is all you need to infect the entire World. Devolve all Symptoms, we don't want the disease to be noticed, besides you will get 2 DNA points by devolving.

You will have at this moment around 50 DNA points, but that is not enough to start evolving the Symptons. Be patient. You would wait until you have at least 100 DNA points.
Now that you have 100 DNA points, is time to destroy humanity, wait for the next Virus mutation. Slow down the game to regular play. Go to Symptoms and evolve Coughing, evolve Pneumonia, evolve Pulmonary Oedema, evolve Pulmonary Fibrosis, evolve Total Organ Failure, evolve Coma, evolve Paralysis,
At this time your disease will be inmediately notice, but don't worry, as people drop like flys, you will get DNA points that you should use on Symptoms, destroy the cure bubbles.
